Welcoming, friendly with everything needed for a comfortable stay and great conversations. I arrived early but was able to leave my bag and go off exploring. The staff were kind, interested, helpful and efficient.

Good location, good facilities at hostel. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff who let you do your own thing.

The only minor gripes. I was allocated a top bunk. That's fine but I found that the bottom bunk occupant selfishly dumped their stuff everywhere below the bed leaving me with little storage space. I found the shower difficult to organise. I think that individual shower cubicles would be better. I would not want a female to encounter me changing so picked a v quiet time of day. I will be interested to compare how its done at other hostels during course of summer. But these are minor gripes.

Well situated for the town

No reception until 5pm.

Peter was extremely helpful and kind. Great location. Close to supermarket and local eateries. Liked the atmosphere and general ambience.

Use of airfreshners but this was promptly sorted out.

The position is very nice, the hostel common areas are cozy and the rooms are big.

The bed and bedsheets should be thrown away and they should buy new ones. Also the rooms are very big, and they could put lockers, lights for each bed and maybe courtines

Toilet cubicles on 3rd floor are a bit of a squeeze. No exhaust fan in showers so need to be scrupulously cleaned to prevent mold spores.
