Sanithu Homestay and villa Galle

Stayed at 'Sanithu Homestay & Villa' recently and had a very pleasant experience as a frequent traveler. The host family was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the stay feel very comfortable and personal. The food served at the property was excellent freshly prepared, tasty, and maintained with good hygiene standards. Both the room and the garden area were neat, clean, and well-kept, creating a calm and charming atmosphere that is ideal for relaxation. The location is also convenient, being close to Ginthota Junction while still offering a peaceful environment away from noise. Overall, it’s a great choice for both short visits and longer stays, especially if you appreciate warm hospitality and a homely setting. I would happily recommend this place to other travelers looking for a comfortable and friendly stay.

I booked the property at the late night and they called me and sent the location with easiest route. Owner was very friendly and helpful he went to the grocery shop for get a coca cola for me at the mid night. Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Bedsheets are fresh also ac is working properly unlike other budget stays. Overall I was very satisfied.

Io e un'amica abbiamo trovato la casa vacanze Sanithu mentre cercavamo un posto tranquillo e silenzioso dove soggiornare dopo un lungo ritiro di meditazione. I proprietari, Champika e la sua famiglia, si assicurano che tu ti senta completamente a tuo agio: sono estremamente ospitali, piene di energie super positive e fanno di tutto per fornirti quello di cui hai bisogno. Era il posto perfetto tra Galle e Hikkaduwa dato che viaggiavamo con un cane che aveva bisogno di un posto recintato lontano dal trambusto delle strutture fronte mare. Le camere sono molto pulite e hanno il bagno privato. La cucina comune al piano superiore è molto utile. La spiaggia più vicina è quella di Pitawella, mentre il forte di Galle è a soli 6,7 km (15 minuti) di distanza. Grazie infinite per l'accoglienza e l'enorme disponibilita'!!!

What a wonderful family! We felt at home right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable and the outdoor area lovely. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and Galle was an easy tuk tuk ride away.

La famiglia era molto gentile e ospitale, ci hanno fatto la cena e la colazione molto buone ed economiche. La camera che avevamo prenotato era senza aria condizionata e quindi ci ha proposto, con un piccolo supplemento, quella con l'aria condizionata (che consiglio) altrimenti l'altra stanza era molto umida. Consigliata
