Spacious and a good breakfeast

I had read on other reviews that bed linnen was extra so i did buy them. After a long day of traveling it would have been nice if the linnens had been put on the beds but i needed to start off by making up 6 beds once we got to the hotel with 4 tired children. The sheet and duvet cover was just put on top of the bed as well as a towel.

Great option if you want to visit Falun but would like to wake up in nature

There was nothing to not like

Great for the money, clean, large kitchen with basic utensils, huge seating area in the entrance with plenty of tables and chairs.

The only thing to keep in mind is they don't provide towels and sheets for the bed, besides that all good

I ARRIVED LATE. IVE HAD MEETING WITH CLIENTS ALL DAY SO I COULDNT READ ANY MESSAGES FROM THEM. THERE WAS NO TOWELLS AND BED LINEN WHICH IS MANDATORY. NO STAFF NEITHER. I UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE TO RENT THEM - (NO, ACTUALLY I DONT UNDERSTAND AS THIS IS HOTEL NOT A TRAILER OR BUNGALOW, YOU HAVE TO START INCLUDING BASIC ESSENTIALS WITHIN THE PRICE. ITS 2024 NOT 1975) ANYWAYS THEY SHOULD LEAVE IT IN MY ROOM SO I COULD ENJOY MY STAY. I COULD PAY ON CHECK OUT. BUT NOBODY CARES ABOUT GUESTS THERE. THATS ALL. MAYBE THEY WILL READ THIS AND START UNDERSTANDING TRAVELLING PEOPLE AND THEIR NEEDS.
