Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great room, really great pools and spaces to relax. Great spot for running. Happy hour cocktails were actually delicious too. Coffee and tea available all day.

Quite expensive for what it was. The food was some of the most expensive and least tasty we had in Colombia. Not particularly kind towards the animals, whereas most people in Colombia are super friendly and take care of them.

The cabaña was beautiful, clean and very spacious. There’s no AC but the design of the huts keep them really cool inside and it never got really hot. We loved the variety of the activities you could do there (we definitely recommend the cacao tour!) and the free yoga class in the morning. And the food was probably the best we had in all Colombia and still reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again.

The only downside is the moto taxi that you have to take to get there. The way is sometimes really rough and can be tough if you have lots of luggage. Although the way down was much better because I think our drivers that the staff organised for us had much better motorcycles.

Hele mooie en goed onderhouden zwembaden, prachtig uitzicht. De waterval tour die wordt aangeboden is heel leuk. De slaapzalen zou ik niet aanraden, mogelijk zijn de privé accommodaties mooier en beter onderhouden. Het is een fijne, rustige plek om te relaxen en in de omgeving prachtige wandelingen te maken. De reis ernaar toe is wel wat duur met de auto. Er kan ook een motortaxi worden geregeld door de receptie. Pas dan wel op dat de chauffeur niet meer geld vraagt dan vooraf afgesproken.

Mijn eerste indruk bij aankomst was niet direct goed. Het geheel oogt wat gedateerd en rommelig. De slaapzalen lijken niet echt te worden onderhouden, de klamboes voelen vies en hangen scheef. Geen spiegel in de badkamer, geen handzeep. Het kussen vond ik eigenlijk te vies ogen om op te liggen. Het personeel komt niet echt enthousiast over.

Very nice lodge in a beautiful location. Super friendly and helpful people. A must visit if you are around.

Very well run location with friendly staff. The upper pools offer fantastic views over the valley. We also did the 5 waterfalls tour with Alvarez which we highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights and have no complaints!

The place is rather magical, very chill, very open and very clear about what you can expect. A perfect place to wind down and start or end your trip.

I suppose as a spoiled European a bit more variety in the food options would be nice.
