Posizione incredibile.

Non c’è molta attenzione al cliente come ci aspetta per questo tipo di struttura. Reception aperta teoricamente 12 ore solamente e magari anche un po’ meno. Arrivare fuori da queste ore è una avventura. A richiesta di una bustina antidiarreica la risposta è stata le abbiamo finite c’è una farmacia ad una ora di macchina. In una zona di massima attenzione per questi problemi non mi sembra una grande risposta. E altri dettagli che sommati fanno la differenza.

De sfeer was heel fijn. Relaxed en genoeg te doen in de omgeving dankzij het initiatief van de lodge zelf. Zo zijn er verschillende wandel mogelijkheden en kan je natuurlijk gebruik maken van de faciliteiten op de lodge zelf.

Het personeel sprak niet heel goed Engels maar daar is niet zoveel aan te doen op zo’n locatie en er konden altijd andere personeelsleden bijspringen.

Lovely finca with lush surroundings and nice pools. It has a hostel vibe and is perfect for backpackers travelling alone or in groups. Friendly staff and nice hiking options. Would definitely recommend.

The room we were staying in was basic and didn't feel very clean. No warm water and regular power cuts, but that is to be expected from the location the finca is situated, I suppose.

Het is echt een heerlijke plek om bij te komen en te genieten van de natuur. In de tussentijd is echt overal aan gedacht, heerlijk eten, 3 zwembaden, en vooral manieren om gezellig andere reizigers te ontmoeten! De service was echt fantastisch en de omgeving is ook geweldig.

This place is absolutely stunning and really well maintained. The staff are friendly and the food is good, varied and not expensive considering the location. There are 3 pools and we used them a lot! Never crowded. The views from the Tree house rooms are breathtaking 😍. We did the waterfall hike and this is a must do! Challenging but such a reward for the effort. The rooms are clean and comfy and a really good size. We all had a very enjoyable time. Excellent experience all round. Most of us were in awe of the location, views and facilities. On the feedback below, we just want them to understand that its important to communicate effectively.

The property needs to communicate better. On our day of arrival i messaged them on what's app and via booking.com to let them we were on our way from Santa Marta and that we had quite a bit of luggage as a a family travelling for weeks would and that we would need some assistance. I received no response. We arrived approximately 700 metres down the hill as there was roadwork that day and had to trapse up the considerable hill with our luggage, a 2 year old and 60 year old Mum. They acknowledged they should have advised of the road closure. During our stay the electricity went off mid morning yet they said nothing until we asked why the aircon wasnt working at 1pm. Advised it was maintainence. A simple what's app message to guests would have sufficed. Thank goodness for the pools. Reception organised 3 moto taxis to make retum trips to a new spot of roadwork the day of departure as it was blocked 2km down the road. The morning we left the moto's extorted us for 6 bikes and the female staff member at reception simply shrugged. The other thing to note, if you're booking one of the gorgeous tree houses, you need to be fit! Its a very very steep climb up the hill past reception. We were advised the walk up was 2 min, perhaps if you're 20 and fit lol.

Si buscas tranquilidad y contacto con la naturaleza este es tu lugar. El sonido del rio, de los pajaritos… será tu acompañante durante toda la estadía. Es acogedor y familiar, con piscinas lindas y vistas inmejorables. La cocina que ofrecen muy rica y elaborada con mimo y la atención y trato del personal de 10! Son muy amables! Además puedes hacer diferentes actividades programadas con ellos, recomiendo 100% la ruta por las quebradas, muy buen guía y la ruta linda, divertida y con momentos de aventura!

Todo estuvo bien! Es tal cual lo que ofrecen!
