VNIt has the charm of a home with the convenience of a hotel. The room is spacious and bright. Clean enough with basic amenities. Unbeatable location - I was able to walk everywhere. Communication with Thư, the host, was super easy. The ladies selling breakfast nearby (phở Nam Quang, Bếp Mẹ Trang, etc.) are also very friendly and kind. I can definitely see myself staying here long-term.
Make sure to check with them whether the bathroom is private and ensuite.
