I love the cleanliness of these hostel and helpful staff.

Nothing as such..

Very good place to stay for the price.

Didnt provide towels, and the toilet is not enough for the travelers which need to wait the person in front of me using the toilet.

The staff can speak in fluent english and are so helpful. I could easily reach them with the 24 hrs reception. (The female staff is so sweet and recommended me a cafe with very good vibe which I enjoyed so much. She even helped to buy the border crossing bus which required local bank transfer.) The environment is just the same as the photo provided, very hygienic and tidy. (The girl cleaned the washing machine for me before I used, Thanks again🥹) Many nice restaurants and even bars are nearby. Although there was no free breakfast, coffee powder and tea bags provided for free. There is a well equipped and clean kitchen with fridge so I could prepared my own meals as well. Highly recommend to all cost saving tourists and backpackers!!!

It seems to be a lot of people staying there for a long period of time like for working or exchange… so the lower bed were all occupied. But this is not a problem to me.

We had a pleasant experience in this hostel. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff, helpful and present, spoke perfect English. It was a great way for us to approach Kyrgyzstan since the staff helped us best to plan our trip as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood is not very central but the hostel is close to both a supermarket, nice restaurants and bars and is next door to a 'tour agency that organizes tours. We left comfortably for Son Koll Lake early in the morning.

Very nice hostel, quite and clean, close to the center, just a little walk, there is a full kitchen, a really nice chill room, there are some little supermarket close to the hostel as well. The staff is very helpful and very kind, I had a night flight and they let me use the bathroom and stay in the chill room till leave, The hostel is an a quite and self aerea, there are as well many restaurants really close. I really recommend People hostel

It had good facilities and everything you need. You could wash your clothes in the morning, and it would dry by afternoon on the lines outside. There was a good culture of playing games and movie nights too.

The sound-proofing between rooms is not great and the sounds are amplified by all the wooden floorboards. It doesn't make for the most peaceful stay. It also felt like there weren't really enough washing machines. It's also a bit far from the city centre so if you're travelling, you'll probably need to catch a few taxis.
