Jaca Hostel Funchal

Very modern, bright and welcoming! The staff were also lovely and very attentive. I had a wonderful stay.

The cafe area is nice but I wish there were more of a common area to meet other travellers and socialise in the evening.

Very closed to the meeting point from our daytrip the staff was helpful and kind best place to stay in Funchal (madeira) for first time

Really great hostel with lovely staff. Location is excellent - really close to the city center. And they have a nice café downstairs. Would definitely come back!

The only thing that's missing is a living room where people can hang out in the evening and chat.

The staff was super friendly and always available, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable, including the bed.

The room was not perfectly isolated to exterior of the building and common areas. More attention to details such as room needing fixings or small cleanliness could be improved.
