The staff is so good. From the owner who help us with everything every time (even at 7 am or at 11pm) and organized our trekks to every member who is always willing to help with a smile

Le personnel est très accueillant et au service des clients. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture au départ le matin et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider allant jusqu’à appeler une personne extérieure pour nous aider.

It's a great place to meet other travelers and find buddies for different treks. Almost everyone has gone to, or was going to do, the Ala kul lake, so it's perfect to get into the mood. The bar has a great selection of local and Western food, as well as drinks and coffees. The room was clean and comfy, there is a big kitchen where you can cook your own meal and relax in the living room.

Location is a bit far out from the center, but there is a shop just across the steet

We really needed this stay. It was so comfortable and modern. There were other travellers there too so we could talk to them. They have multiple rooms so you can choose private rooms or bunk beds. We had the private room with our own private bathroom. Best shower in the whole trip! Great food in the restaurant. The best coffee we had in Kyrgyzstan. It’s also located in the best place. We got picked up here to go to Alton-Arashan here. It was perfect. The owner is wonderful. He was so hands on. They have laundry services!!!! I could’ve cried when they gave us clean laundry. Bathrooms were so clean. Staff were so cute and wonderful. 10/10

The beds weren’t very comfy but it’s sleepable.

Wow! Perfect place to start your hiking adventure! It has everything you need: good beds with curtains, amazing food (I had Azu and scrambled eggs on toast with cheese) and decent coffee, fast laundry service, shared kitchen for cooking. But the most important thing is the hostel staff: eager to help, giving advice on transport and hiking, friendly and hospitable. You can even book yurts for an overnight stay while trekking in the Ala-Kul region. The cafe is full of people looking for hiking buddies, but the dorm is quiet at night, so you can sleep well before or after your hike. It felt more like home than a hostel and you could easily spend a week there - great atmosphere and positive energy, very relaxing and inviting. I couldn't imagine a better place in Karakol. I recommend it 100%!
