Everything is excellent. Staff is very much cooperative. Hotel owner Mr Michael is very helpfull. Even he guide you for everything. Every solution he have. He never says No to any thing if you need any kind of help. He is always there.

honestly.. nothing except for the owners sweet tone and empathy

everything room were smelly The washroom had water leaks The toilet seat was moving no one was there to take the luggage in the morning, except for the 70 year old chacha

It’s like home. Very comfortable. The owner of this hotel is a very polite and jolly person. Highly Recommended ❤️ Mention my name to Owner.

I have one problem and that was Their electric port. They have to change their ports and add some extra multiplugs. Because I am a content creator so I need many ports to charge my devices. That's all, nothing else.

I came after one month to calcutta and no better place to stay than Hotel Bengal. As usual homely vibes with amazing supporting staff with as always Ahmed uncle being jolly. The cricketing analysis wrt IPL with Ahmed uncle was very fascinating to converse. And what, the best stay I had here.
