Hotel Bengal -100m from Park Circus 7 Point

Attitude of hotel staff very bad today i checkin 5:30 am and checkout 13:00 pm but they forced me to pay 2 days stay amount in case and they taken 3000 rupees even the room rent was RS 1450 with Tax

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HOTEL BENGAL, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to local attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant decor and a welcoming ambience. The staff at HOTEL BENGAL are incredibly FRIENDLY attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I came here for my USA Visa Interview on 23 July, and i got my visa . This place is lucky. I'm from Nepal.

Location was good

Picture shown here was completely fake. Washroom were very dirty. Flush is not working. Bedsheets are dirty and full of stains. Bed smell in everywhere in the hotel and inside the room. Staffs behavior is very rude. They would blame you and ask money for breaking things which was already broken.

The property was at a good location. Near to all the prime locations. The staff is also good.

Food not available at the hotel. Also cleanliness can be improved.
