Hotel Bengal -100m from Park Circus 7 Point

Location was excellent. Walking distance from all the bus stop and taxi stand. Walking distance from quest Mall and many famous food joints. Hotel manager was very polite and helpful and provided necessary information about route and suitable transportation.

Wall papers were coming out from several places. Ac remote was not available hence can't change temperature. In one of the rooms water duct of Ac was inside the room and a bucket was kept for water collection which was very inconvenient as one needs to be very careful otherwise water will ẞspill out. Door lock of one of the rooms was not working so I have to go out without locking. Washroom was cleaned only once, when we checked in although our stay was of 1week. I was very disappointed as when I booked the room, fridge was shown in pictures of both the rooms but neither was working

Michale, the Manager is good.

Michale, the Manager is good. But the room attendant is too old and hardly understand hindi or English. Too old, less maintained building and rooms. Do not expect fresh and clean linen, blanket and pilow in this hotel. Vegeterians should avoid this entire area. This area is densed of Muslims.

The Staffs were very good and the manager was very polite, humble and helpful person.It was a superb comfortable triple bedroom with clean bathroom.We enjoyed the trip.

Out of six days one day room service was not available....on the television, Bengali channel was not provided..... there was no shelf in the bathroom and on the last day of the trip, the flush was not working properly....otherwise all were very good.
