Staff and oner were very helpful and friendly, especially MD Talib his recommendation for local food was excellent. When we needed some fruit, he took us to the local market and took the time to help us. Also, there was filter water. A fridge was also available.

Nothing to like here, i somehoe saved myself by paying full amount, even thoigh I never lived in! Worst place to go into! The manager and helper directly threaten you to pay and not cancel the booking, even if its the worst place to live in. They won't let you leave and take your luggage out of the reception even! Never go to this place!

The online advert is completely different than what actually it is! The manager and helper get you inside the reception area, by talking sweet and never let you check the room first and put your bags in. Now, you cannot say no to them in anyway! They will just ask you to pay for the full booking, whether you want to stay or not. Basically, you don't get to say anything here and if you do try, then they will threaten you by the owner's name, who's some local MLA or something! And you are forced to pay in any way! Nothing works properly, not even AC and Geyser! And the whole place us quite dark and dull! (The attached are still good, because of my phone camera)

Rooms are spacious and facilities were decent.

Too costly, cleanliness is not maintained in rooms.

Just the fact that I had some business in Park Circus and this place looked decent over pictures. But this is a highly disappointing stay.

The owner of this property is dishonest. He is cunning and will always be behind your money. He denied saying that the room I booked via booking.com is not available, but if I can pay some extra money he shall upgrade me to a better room. We denied the offer and insisted that he provides us the room we’ve paid for in advance. Few exchange of words happened, he made us feel really really bad about not paying for an upgrade and then had to finally give up. When we checked in to our room- it was absolutely the same one that we had booked. He was just trying to con me, but failed. Miserable old man! Also- the hotel is shady, dirty and smells awful.
