"Not value worthy, booking.com should be concerned and be blamed for less disclosure."

1. Provision of 2 queen sized bed. 2. The location of the hotel was good enough for site seeing. 3. From tea and snacks to dinner all is available at a short walk. 4. Quest mall is around 500 mtrs away. 5. You can't get 2 queen size bed in comparatively lower price.

1. Staff not cooperative. 2. TV size is 24 inches, however I went to the reception in the very first night of our stay to report the non functioning of tv, they replied that the tv operator already left and will look after the problem the next day, eventually the next day the tv operator of the hotel changed 3 setup boxes and then he was able to make online the tv. 3. They don't have a permanent cleaning staff, one day when I said to clean the room they replied that the cleaning staff already left after finishing her task. Also she doesn't clean bathrooms. 4. Very narrow entrance. 5. Very old room, shattered all around. 6. No wifi. 7. The dustbin was an office dustbin seems to be 15 years old. 8. Broken furniture and only 1 single seat old sofa. 9. Electric wiring was in poor condition. 10. They don't provide packaged water and provided 5 rupees medimix soap for bathroom.
