Приміщення розташоване біля ТУКе, бо є, в першу чергу приватним студентським гуртожитком. Хостел розташований в окремому крилі. Номер складається з двох кімнат, які замикаються. Я проживала в одномісній кімнаті, а інша була зачинена. В номері є туалет, душ. Є холодильник, електрочайник, дві чашки. Є телевізор.

Відсутня кухня (принаймі я її не знайшла).
