The location.

It wasn’t managed properly. To start with, we couldn’t get into the property and the number given, not being answered. Luckily some other guests turned up with the actual code to get in. Then we had to search for our room. They had given us 2 rooms on separate floors and we only needed one room with 3 beds….no right code for that either but we had found another number for them to call inside the building, that Tom finally answered. Then we came across another set of guests who were also stuck outside. We let them in and showed them the number to call. Turns out they were given some more info but nothing of use and we received even less. My Daughter was rushed into A&E this morning, when we phoned Tom to ask if we could leave our stuff there for a bit longer, he told us we had to remove our stuff before 10am before (new guests not arriving til 3pm so they would’ve been able to clean the room before then. He also didn’t even ask if my daughter was ok.

It was close to town and the beach

No remote for TV on arrival , kettle didn't work , kept shorting . Was woken up at 2am by visitors not being able to get in. Private bathroom that was advertised was actually across the landing and was open for all to use ..... Unable to put heating in if cold .....parking was not available, yet as advertised that parking was for guests . Photos were nothing like the rooms as advertised ......only one key available .

Zentral an der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Einfacher Check in und check out. Wir waren dort für eine Nacht im Zimmer ohne Fenster (wussten wir aber vorher). Zum reinen übernachten für eine Nacht ist es gut geeignet. Wer länger bleiben möchte sollte etwas mit Fenster buchen.

Dadurch dass es kein Fenster sondern nur einen Ventilator gibt ist die Temperatur und der Luftaustausch schwierig zu regeln.

Nothing

It wasn’t what was shown on the pictures, main door wasn’t safe. Separate shower and toilet which we didn’t no about. It was that poor we didn’t stay and had too cool somewhere else

Room 5 was good room 2 no windows but did have a decent fan

No window no lamp
