The room was very clean and neat 🙂 it's a small room even though the space was properly utilised and arranged 2 beds really good for 3 people Value for money 😀😀😀 staff gave extra time to check out because we checked in very late. Good staff

We stayed here for a special occasion as it was my wife’s birthday, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The listing states that the room includes a “private bathroom”, which is misleading. The bathroom was actually located outside the room, across the corridor. For us, having an ensuite or truly private bathroom was a non-negotiable point when booking a comfortable stay for this occasion. We contacted Booking.com immediately and spent nearly 3 hours on calls trying to find a solution or relocation. According to Booking.com, the host refused to cancel the reservation, leaving us stuck somewhere we did not want to stay. Having to leave the room during the night to use the toilet, remembering to take the key, towels, and personal belongings every time, was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Even worse, the bathroom could not be locked from the outside, meaning it was accessible to anyone in the property. On two separate occasions, we also found the toilet already used, which clearly did not match our understanding of a “private bathroom”. The accommodation itself may suit some travellers, but the description should be much clearer because what was advertised did not correspond to what we experienced.

Excellent location in the town centre, responsive host, clean room.

Windowless room. Had a TV but no freeview so in order to watch anything you had to log into your own Netflix/amazon/youtube account (which I couldn't do as all details were at home). I usually stay in hotels and didn't appreciate in a guesthouse you only have access to your room and there are no communal areas or on site staff.

Easy access, good location.

A lot of convenience being in Town Centre Flexibility of early check in and cleaniness. Good value for money.
