Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut vom Flughafen mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Leider kann man das Bad nicht abschließen.

Sauber war’s und gute Lage!

Nur 1 Stuhl im Dreibettzimmer Keine Handtuchhaken/ -Halter Heizung geht nicht, dann wäre aber zumindest ein Teppich ganz schön gewesen wenn man kalte Füße hat. Wände extrem hellhörig Zwar Wasserkocher aber kein Tee da Und am Schluss war auch noch die Toilette verstopft.

Perfect location in the middle of Newquay. Very spacious and clean rooms with nice showers. Perfect after a long day's walk on the coastal path.

shit property : My stay at [Hotel Name] was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. The online photos are either from a different property or were taken decades ago. From the moment we entered, the air was thick with the smell of stale cigarettes and mold. The room itself was a health hazard. The carpet was damp and covered in unidentifiable stains. The bedsheets had visible brown and yellow stains, and the towels were frayed and smelled of mildew. After a brief inspection, we found what appeared to be bed bugs crawling on the mattress seams and the headboard. The walls were covered in scuff marks and large, peeling patches of paint that looked suspiciously like damp. The bathroom was equally appalling. Mildew coated the entire shower stall, and the tiles were cracked and dirty. The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the faucet dripped constantly, creating a maddening noise throughout the night. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. When we reported the issues to the front desk, including the bed bugs, the receptionist was indifferent. She offered no apology and simply told us there were no other rooms available, ignoring our requests for a refund. The "free Wi-Fi" advertised was non-existent. The signal was so weak it was unusable. We ultimately checked out after just one sleepless night because the conditions were intolerable. This hotel should be condemned, not listed for paying guests. Do not stay here under any circumstances, unless you enjoy paying a premium to feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

It advertise as deluxe, nothing in this room was deluxe, small, dinghy, no parking outside, I think the photos on the site are from somewhere else, it's not this room.
