"peaceful and fun"

Our stay at La tortuga hostel was amazing! The staff was super kind and friendly, the room was comfortable, and the kitchen, varanda, and rooftop were all precioso. We loved the pool and the hammocks!

- Amazing staff - Great views - Nice multiple social areas - 5 minutes away from the beach

- The bathrooms in the rooms could’ve been cleaner. - there were no ladder to climb to the top bunk. - Water pressure in the showers were not the best.

Had a lovely time at this hostel! Staff were so welcoming and friendly from the very start and really made me feel at home. Views from the bar are beautiful and there are hammocks everywhere. Amazing for the price!

Only improvement would be the sleeping situation, beds lack curtains or ladders and fans aren't great at keeping you cool all night though still slept well regardless.

Well located, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the scuba class offered by the personnel running the place! Unforgettable experience! The pool is so refreshing in the Taganga heat as well! Well worth it.
