Price and location was good

No proper response from reception and staff for service, no cleaning even telling them 2-3 times Cafe was not working, rooftop was no use as no decoration, lights and no Food, beverages, no freeze, no proper answer from staff..

The location is nearby to all the tourist attractions

The rooms were not according to the specifications mentioned. Too small for a deluxe double room and with no TV unit or wardrobe or sitting area which were otherwise mentioned in the room details. The receptionist was a girl who was least concerned when we approached her and she said this is what we have. Shalom Jaipur is far better than shalom Udaipur. We stayed the night over and checked out early as we had come for work but if you’re looking for holiday try Hotel Bawa instead. It’s very very good

BED BUGS! Avoid this place. One night and I've got so many bites! The room is an okay space but the building is in need of renovation. The bathroom was very unclean.. fresh stains running down the outside of it. Bedding had cigarette burn holes. AC is old and loud.. the controller for it didn't actually work. Staff were nice enough, but no offers of compensation
