Personnel and hygiene were okay

No fresh air in the room, because the windows couldn't open, not even a little bit. With eight beds in a small room, that's very annoying to say the least. Also no AC, or even a fan, so very hot. Also, from outside you can easily walk up to the rooms upstairs. The room doors are locked, but they don't fall in the lock, so often stay open. It didn't feel unsafe though. And lots of snoring old men, but I guess the hostel cannot be blamed for that one haha
