Space Hostel Amsterdam Zaandam

The reception staff was humble and nice other than that i ddnt like anything about my stay.

The beds were tiny. No kitchen not even dishes and spoons to serve yourself even if you grad something from outside. No tissues in the bathroom, They just have jet sprays. The room is very close to the 2 seat they have in a communal space and due to that if someone speaks loudly, good luck with your sleep! Around €350 for two night for 3 people is definitely ot worth it, i was expecting way better. Does sound rude but this is how it was. Sorry!

Nice location, close to station, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and it has like curtains so you will get some privacy.

My experience at this hostel was very disappointing. From the moment you arrive, it’s hard to even find the place because it currently operates under a different name, and the name on the door does not match the one listed online. The reception is also very confusing—it’s located inside what seems to be a bicycle repair shop or a similar workspace, which makes it difficult to recognize as a hostel. On a positive note, the person at the reception was very kind and helpful, which was the only good part of my stay. Unfortunately, the worst part was discovering a cockroach in my bed at night, which was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. I wasn’t able to report this issue because I had to leave the hostel at 4 a.m., when there was no reception available. However, I would have definitely complained and requested a refund due to the poor cleanliness and the unhealthy, unsafe conditions.

Lits plutôt confortables. Chambre non mixtes et voisines agréables.
