The hostel had an incredibly strong odor. You can smell it before you walk in the door. The first thing I saw upon entering is a sink overflowing with filthy dishes. The only toilet was right next to a shower, and the bathroom floor was completely soaked. I was disappointed with my stay here, the hostel is not worth the price. Needs improvement.

I wanted to bring to your attention the issues we faced during our stay at Hotel Black Dog last night. Unfortunately, it did not match the description provided on the Booking.com website.Upon our arrival, we found the staff to be intoxicated and smoking, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, the beds were inadequate, and it appeared that the ones we were assigned were being used by the hotel staff's personal friends, who were very loud. The cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable, with littered drink bottles everywhere and no proper bathroom facilities.Due to these circumstances, my friend and I decided to book another hostel for the night, and we have since arranged a different hotel for today. This experience has been very disappointing, and I feel it is important to raise this matter seriously.I would appreciate your assistance in addressing these issues.Thank you for your help. Also in that hostel almost all beds are already booked by their voluntary and there personal friends so please think twice to book this hostel

Le personnel est vraiment sympa, il y a de la place, la cuisine est très bien équipée et l'emplacement est parfait, à deux pas du tram et du métro.

La cama incomoda , la almohada incomoda y de muy mala calidad . La cocina sucias y. Descuidada , no hay café ni nada para tomar .
