Black Dog Hostel

I stayed at this hostel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The bed was dirty, smelly, and appeared poorly maintained. During the night, I was bitten by insects, leaving red marks on my back and legs, which makes me believe there may be bed bugs. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene were far below acceptable standards

Position was excellent and the staff really kind. Baths are kept clean.

My time at Black Dog was perfect, and I felt so welcomed by Gabriela, Taylor, and Claudio that I even stayed an extra day! They were extremely kind, gave me tips on things to do in the city, welcomed me in the middle of the night, and all our interactions were great! Plus, the space was always clean, the bathrooms were impeccable, and the kitchen was too! The location was perfect, and even in the center, there was no street noise. I highly recommend Black Dog to make your trip to Budapest even more unforgettable! Thank you so much to the Black Dog team!
