Noise until early hours of the morning (half expected) but also from 5am banging around. Not the accom fault ofc - just the crowd attracted. Be prepared for little sleep, lots of mess and dirty galore - basically freshers week at uni. People sleeping in the kitchen both nights, so we couldn't access the kitchen at certain times - all crockery and utensils were dirty, bathroom dirty, bins not emptied. We wanted to stay there as little as possible aka just to sleep. Pictures show a cleaner place in general. Check in details were not sent as promised on the morning of check in. After hours of intermittent attempts to contact the property (messaging on booking.com app days before for parking&other query - no reply; tried calling the contact number given: went straight to voicemail everytime; tried emailing - nothing.), I eventually how to find the venue's (not hostel's) website and contacts them on Instagram, where a very helpful young man helped me and emailed me the check in details.

Everything. I didn't get to my room till 2.30am Saturday morning after driving down from Essex to find people very drunk and people outside partying till 4am also when I was trying to get to sleep around 3.20am someone trying to get into my room. I was that unhappy with my stay I booked another hotel for the following night as I was to have my 11year old son with me and this place was 100% unsuitable for a 11year old. I would also like a full refund for the second night that I didn't even stay!
