Breakfast was not included, but there was a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to make your own. Bedroom was clean, but very basic. The location was central for access to shops, restaurants and transport.

The overall security of the premises didn't feel adequate for a lone traveler. As it's above a music venue, I was expecting a higher than usual level of noise into the night. But it did interfere with peaceful enjoyment at points.

The rooms bathroom and Kitchen were all super clean ,the Music stopped dead on 11pm so we could get a good sleep , location was brilliant the recommended restaurant by the staff was equally good

One member locked in the bathroom for two hours alone, on the top floor flat which resulted in severe distress. (This would have been longer, if two members didn’t go back) Bathroom door would only open from the outside! Thankfully there wasn’t a fire as this could have been fatal. All 6 members staying, tried the door from the inside but no one could get out unless opened by someone on the outside. Contacted the phone number provided, on the Saturday evening when the incident occurred no luck. – No emergency contact number for guests to contact. First reply from staff members, two hours after the stated contactable hours, to be informed staff were left with no credit to phone guests, so this would be passed onto the manager who would phone me on Monday (It’s Thursday and still no phone call) Manager did contact by text message – disregarding the situation and firstly highlighted the fact there would be no compensation – which none of us had mentioned or are interested in – we were pointing out the safety hazard in the flat to prevent this from happening to other guests. Really unprofessional replies! – Our regret is that we didn't take a video, photos so we could prove this incident. Not that we should have too!

The flat is spacious and has such a beautiful feel to it. It is decorated and equipped to a high standard and we wished we’d booked for longer. it’s fantastic value too for a group or family. The main bedroom has a double bed and two single beds all incredibly comfortable and there are two Velux windows that look onto the harbour, which is the most beautiful and calming view you could ever wish for. We loved standing there at night watching and listening to the sounds - It was absolutely heavenly. There is also a freezer & washing machine, large shower room and then a large kitchen / dining area/ lounge space. The kitchen has everything you could wish for, including a dishwasher, and the dining table is a very welcome addition. The daybed / sofa bed is sooo comfy too. This is a great find if you’re visiting Falmouth; it is in the pedestrian street, right on the harbour, so you are in the heart of beautiful shops and bakeries! We found a free overnight car park (6pm to 9am) just 5 minutes walk from the Cornish Bank called Well Lane Short Stay car park. It’s at the end of New Street and on the corner of Well Lane (a footpath down to Church St). You can pay for 3 hours in the morning/afternoon too. I can highly recommend this beautiful property. Our daughter is coming to Falmouth University so we will definitely be back - it is in a perfect location and spacious enough to bring the whole family and visit her.

It was perfect for us, but the stairs to the sea view apartment could be tricky for less mobile guests. There are rooms further down the property though.

Great if you want an easy cheap flat and don’t mind sharing.

they doubled booked my room and accused me of pooing on the beds and being abusive. we only found out about the double booking when a naked man wrapped in a duvet greeted us at midnight. when I tried to complain they blocked me and refused my a refund
