"great place to stay for a overnight in Falmouth"

the property is very clean and has all the amenities you would need for a over night stay

the rooms are small and you can hear the venue below, but neither of these things effected our stay

Well located, pet friendly

Smelled odd - room & bedding smelled stale. Mattress was not comfortable - you could feel the springs coming through. Considering the facilities (bathroom & kitchen) we're shared, and there was no TV in the room, and that it was off season, it was quite expensive)

Noise after 12.00 from outside of venue. Mattress very lumpy and well used. Cleanliness average.
