Away with the Fairies Nature Lodge and Backpackers

The ladies at the front desk and restaurant were extremely welcoming and friendly. They explained everything in detail and ensured we were informed of activities we could do as a family.

There’s no iron and you cannot bring it use your own. The water gets cold quickly. There are no electric blankets or hot water bottles. So if you go in winter be prepared.

The staff is really friendly and understanding. They give good walking instructions, are generous and very welcoming.

There was an odd odeur in the room. The fridge in the kitchen wasn't working and the kitchen was not clean at all. In the room is only a small bathtub and the water comes from the waterfalls so it's brown. This way you don't get a real clean feeling.
