LR Hostel and Cafe

The staff was amazing, really helpful! Helped us find a tour, prepared breakfast before 4am, helped us find a transport back to cebu city. Really amazing! Good comunication also :) and good breakfast!

Breakfast was great! Facilities (toilet/ shower) were good. The aircon was strong. Bed was good enough. Rather spacious, sufficient hangers. Even though it's beside the main road, you can't hear the traffic. And being beside the main road means it's really easy to take the bus.

There was a trail of ants coming from the toilet, to out of the door into the yard. It was from a hole in the toilet wall. Not too sure if I missed the heater, but showered with cold water everyday, good for the hot weather. You could hear animals walking on the ceiling at night, and it scared me initially, but it's alright. It is far from the beaches, better to rent your own scooter. If not, it's real easy to get a ride.

The hostel offers an amazing value for money-you get your own room, private bathroom,AC and super nice breakfast. It was very clean and looked a bit bigger than it’s on the pictures. We have got the moto from there for almost half the price than it’s in Moalboal. The owner was very nice -offered good breakfast considering our preferences and generally very friendly ☺️ Thank you so much!

The location is a bit far from the beach where you swim with sardines etc, but we had a motobike , so it was not an issue. Note that if you stay for more than 1 day in Moalboal you need a moto anyway to move around. The place can be a bit noisy, it seemed though that everywhere is like that and we usually sleep with earplugs anyway.

Good accommodation in Moalboal near the bus station to Cebu/Liloan Port and you can actually just jump on the bus at the accommodation because it passes by. It takes around 15 minutes by scooter to get to Panagsama where all restaurants/cafes/etc are. The wifi worked great and the AC was strong and quiet. The room was clean and we liked the bathroom that’s not the typical wet bathroom. Breakfast was included which was great. Even though the accommodation is at the main road it was quiet at night.
