The location was great.
The door to the room had a hole in it and we had to put a towel in it to ensure no animals entered during the night. The bed linens were cleaned but had many stains that were not washed away.

The place is very quite and is located in a small village in front of a nice beach in the Sekotong area. Perfect to chill, very simple and there is nobody around. But is far away from supermarkets or restaurants and especially from the big harbours. If you are coming from Bangsal you have to drive 1h and 40 min. with the scooter to reach the hostel. At the other side the location is perfect to explore the secret Gili islands located in the south west of Lombok ( gili nanggu, sudak and kedis). The owner Ibo is very kind and halways there for help you. He is organising the tour to the secret Gilis which i did and was very intersting, i even spotted a sea turtle during the snorkeling in Gili Sudak.

It was cool for what it was but it wasn't all that. Booked 3 nights stayed for 1. Because I found a better place at a better price. But it's got massive potential to be an amazing place.

It was on the beach.
Arrived and no one was there to check us in. 24/7 check in desk is obviously not a thing as we arrived at 11pm. No staff and no guests. Really hard to find in the dark no lit up signs on the main road! After waiting for over an hour we decided to open room doors and thankfully one was open that was made up. No towels/toilet roll/soap. No one responding to us on WhatsApp and booking.com. In the morning I shared my frustration with the manager. I was in a bikini top as we were on the beach however he could not look at my face while I was talking to him after asking him multiple times to show some respect. Even with a top on he couldn’t keep his eyes from wandering. Would not recommend for female traveler’s, I felt so uncomfortable! Overall super poor rude management, hard bed and small breakfast.
