Bujang Lapuk Hostel

The place is really cool, clean and provides an excellent value for money. The staff is super friendly and the owner is very attentive to the guests and their respective needs. I would totally stay there again and would recommend the place to anyone.

I have no negative comments to provide.

We made a fire on the beach which was lovely and because there weren't any restaurants near the hostel we were invited to a local family for a dinner which was really autentic.

Everything what is in the photos is really not true. The bathroom looked terrible, the umbrellas weren't there, the beach was quite dirty and the water wasn't clean. We swam about 1km away from the hostel at Elak Elak restaurant.

-the accomodation is directly on the beach -the room was clean and has aircon

-the place looks worse than on the pictures and seems to be a bit run down -unfortunately there was no scooter rental available because the owner has only 1 scooter for rent, and there are no other places in the area that rent scooters -the place is far away from restaurants and shops if you don't have a scooter. there is nothing in walking distance

Super property - really nice owner Location was lovely - right on the beach where there are comfy bean bags, a hammock and lots of shaded spots. Facilities were really good Room had air con.

The area itself is incredibly quaint and you must hire a scooter to get around for food/stuff. The owner has scooters you can hire though!

The hostel in the beach is amazing, the bed is comfortable

The shower no is good, the breakfast is very very small, only two slices of bread, one egg and a little jam.
