For bookings of 6 or more guests, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to confirm booking + a cleaning fee of $10/ pers will be added. For group of 4 or more guests, you can contact us first to confirm the allocation of the rooms which fit together before making reservation. A full nonrefundable prepayment is required for bookings over bank holiday weekends and with large festivals in town such as One Love, Bay Dreams and Jazz Festival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Upgrade gekregen bij aankomst naar female-only 4 bed-slaapzaal. Bedden hadden gordijntjes voor privacy en ensuite badkamer. Keuken is voorzien van de nodige faciliteiten en heeft prachtig uitzicht over het water.

Parkeergelegenheid is soms even zoeken.

Comfortable mattresses, clean - great location, fantastic upper terrace with great views

Metal bunk beds - noisy & squeaky to get in & out of. Much prefer good solid wood

Great kitchen - well equipped and spacious. Our private room with en-suite was great, it was a good size, clean & the en-suite was decent. The washing lines outside were very useful. Very good location. WiFi worked well.
