ITThis was a good place for Tauranga. It looked out at the water. It had nice areas to sit and mingle and use the kitchen. The room and bathroom had enough space to move. The beds were comfortable for laying down, not for sitting up against the bars. The beds were quiet and didn't squeak when you or others shifted.
Beware of regulating the hot water in the shower.
NZGood value for money. Quite an old building, feels like a historic hotel (in an old fashioned way - not fancy). In the 2nd town cente of the area (CBD for the city, not the CBD for the beach (The Mount). Simple and easy accommmodation
