The place itself is basic but good enough for an overnight stay. Close to the giants causeway for us to go and visit. Breakfast and the dining facilities again basic but fine.

The place was deserted when we arrived. We and another visitor waited quite some time until an elderly lady came and gave us our room keys. This lady did her best but was unable to work the card machine to take payment. The following morning we wanted to pay and leave. Again there was no staff, the place was deserted. There was no answer to the phone no. We eventually managed to speak with the same lady who told us the payment had been taken, presumably from our card details on booking.com which was fine but had we known that we wouldn’t have wasted so much time trying to find someone. The other guest had already left, wondering how she could pay but had to get to an active she had booked. There was a total lack of communication which lead to unnecessary waste of our time.

Spacious room and clean bathroom

The room wasn't well ventilated, making it quite stuffy.

This is a basic stay. There was a continental breakfast (Self Serve) in the dining room. This was adequate. The rooms were basic with a shower and toilet. It was what I expected for a barn stay. Probably a little overpriced as it was high season.

The room was fairly clean.

The facility is difficult to find. There was no private bathroom - incorrect advertising. There was no one at reception and it took me half an hour to find the owners to ket me in. Breakfast was minimal at best. Sugared cereal. Bread and butter and jam. And tea and coffee.
