"Disappointing."

Clean, comfortable room. Good, hot shower. Close to good supermarket for food supplies. Kitchen okay.

No explanation of lack of reception before arrival.Entry codes sent at last minute while travelling with no internet, so unaware of them until after registration. Why are they not sent a day or two in advance? No internet in room and unreliable elsewhere. "Communal area" a corridor with two armchairs. No evidence at all that it was providing work for disadvantaged people.

very nice stuff, really clean place, they have kitchen, rooms are nice

Not the best sound proof and a bit tough to climb stairs with luggage, but for the money you pay it’s an amazing stay!

"Great value for money, good location, good facilities"

Good value for money, very spacious rooms with AC. Showers were clean and decent water pressure.

There's a dedicated shower room with 3 showers and two bathrooms with a shower, so if people used the bathrooms to shower you had to wait to be able to go to the toilet
