Very good location. It's in a quiet area but very close walk to the main square. Can watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The owners are super helpful and friendly, helping me out with my bus to Bogota and they speak perfect English.

Can sometimes hear other people in the rooms, but not so much that you can't sleep and it's not disruptive or anything.

Decent shower and Hugo the receptionist/porter was lovely. Very friendly and kind.

We had two rooms booked, however reception only had one. So they called the owner, a lady called Beatriz who was extremely rude. We were happy to make do with one room but obviously paying for one, she however wanted to charge 304,000COP, (€68)for one room when this was the price for two. The problem was eventually resolved and we were given two rooms, however Beatriz hung up on my husband. Door to room did not lock properly, tv didn’t work, we were not told that we could use the kitchen no did we see anyone to check out. So we left the keys in reception. The place was very shabby and dirty and for the same price we have booked a great room in a finca. To conclude: overpriced, dirty, run down and rude owner. Do not recommend

I like the place because its location, it’s close enough to the main area, the cleanness, the price is great.

Communication via whatsapp with the main host was very helpful. The host at the property was also very helpful & available. Property was very clean, organised, quiet. All facilities worked as they should & toiletries were provided.

Bed was a little firmer than I prefer.
