Casa Pachamama

Nice location, perfect to see the sunset. Quiet, cozy bed and very clean. Patricia was very welcoming and helpful.

This was my second time in Salento, and my first time at the Pachamama. My mom left her phone one morning, and they quickly found it so it was a quick recovery. Location is good.

When I arrived, I was told to pay cash directly and that I was getting a discount because I was paying the hotel directly. I love Salento, but the staff and customer service were lacking: 1.We were unable to make the hot water work and the second day the staff told us that we had to turn on the sink and then the water in the tub.. why couldn't they have said it at check in? 2. The facility was fine, the location was great, but the next morning my aunt asked for towel, and the staff told her she could hang it up outside. 3. The second morning, we were going to go to breakfast and then come back for the luggage, but the staff forced my aunts to turn in their keys and take out their luggage before breakfast, and then accused them of stealing towels. 4. Although they told us they did not provide breakfast, it seemed odd they had a kitchen and would not sell us a cup of coffee, and when my aunt asked to rinse her water bottle, she was told not to use soap. It was a very odd stay. All in all, i have stayed at amazing places in Salento, would not return here.

Mamma Luc was an amazing host. She is warm, caring and kind. She, alone, made my stay worth it. Gracias Gracias Gracias!

The owner was so sweet and helpful and he really made us feel at home and that we were no trouble at all. The room was immaculately clean with hot water and comfortable beds
