Room was clean.

Staff can be more friendly. They can add TV too.

Room size was pretty enough for one person. Towels were in place with a table and a chair. Allowed checkin at odd hours (but wait till the owner ashwin uses the situation to his advantage)

Too many points! 1) Ashwin is a very arrogant owner. He thinks his rooms are the best. Sir, stop being delusional. Rooms overall are pretty average. 2) The arrogance of the owner comes from a place of greediness. Yes the owner has allowed a checkin almost 10 hours prior but he has used the clause of checking out at a particular time to his advantage. Had I been informed that 'You need to checkout at this hour today', I would have happily vacated the room. The owner waited till the time is past checkout and then called me with a very very arrogant attiude and I ended up paying 1000 extra. So total amount paid was 2200 from 2am on 15th to 10 am on 16th. 3) Beware of this because in the beginning he will be very polite and later he will use words like 'Which world are you living?', 'This is a business'. Sir, I am telling you, stop overratinng your room so much so that you forget that you are in a hospitality business. I understand that there will be a charge for staying extra but there is a way to convey that. If you cannot deliver that message formally, hire someone who can! 4) The worst part is this. He asked me to pay the full day amount, although I stayed only few hours extra overall, he reduced 200 which is good. I told him I am having my dinner man, give me 10 minutes. He used the words, 'No I want right now. Sending money will take only 2 minutes, stop doing all this'. I had to abort and send the money immediately. Now talking about the hotel 1) The hotel does not look as fancy as the images advertised, exterior wise. They show a clothing shop and behind it is a small gate for the hotel. 2) No lift. So technically you need to carry your own luggage no matter which floor. 3) Owner is not available on site. He will work from home. Lol. 4) Despite being close to the international airport, the management guy/watchman speaks only Tamil and does not understand a word.

Room was not clean at all. Every where their was dust. Cupboard windows was broken. The cost also was on higher side.
