Nothing i like

I have booked the rooms, but at the last moment they said rooms are not available. Then why i have booked in bookings.com? Totally waste. They will cheat you on the peak days. I'm 100% unsatisfied with hotel and bookings.com

There is no front office to receive guests . Remotely operated. No room service. No helping hand. No lift services. Lack of human touch.
