Melinda is a star, the rest of the staff and the guests create an atmosphere that makes you want to live there forever…Food awesome, the location just like the smurf village :-) A view to die for. Would love to come back for more that 15 hours :-))) Hope oreo is feeling better?

Unlike many accommodations in South Africa it has been around a long time, but still going strong and the staff still care and the building well maintained. All the staff are friendly and attentive, getting everyone together for fun and activities. Great that it is so active in the community and also part owned by the community. Great place to socialise and meet people. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We were staying in the rondavels on the other side of the river. They are really nice but we did feel a little isolated over there. And maybe the next days activity could be placed on the notice board a bit earlier as we weren't always over at the main building in the evening.
