Happy Inn Lodge

We stayed at Happy Lodge Inn in Interlaken and had a mixed experience. First, I would like to thank the two ladies at the reception, who were always welcoming, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with a member of the kitchen staff was disappointing. The hotel provides guests with access to a kitchen area that includes a microwave and basic utensils. Our 15-month-old daughter has a small appetite, and her mother simply wanted to warm up a small homemade meal that she enjoys eating. This would have taken no more than 10 minutes. When we politely asked whether we could use the kitchen for this purpose, the response we received was unnecessarily rude and unfriendly. We fully understand that there may be rules regarding the use of the kitchen facilities, and we would have respected them. However, such rules can be communicated in a courteous and respectful manner, especially when the request concerns a young child. This interaction left a negative impression and was in sharp contrast to the excellent service provided by the reception staff. We hope management takes this feedback into consideration and reminds all staff members of the importance of treating guests with courtesy and respect.

Close to bus stop and coop, staffs are nice.

Stairs

La propreté des lieux; chambre, salle de bains et cuisine communes. Le personnel est super sympathique et souriant. Beaucoup de toilette disponible et de douche. Petit espace cuisine avec un frigo. Place de parc limité mais accessible même si c’est le Tetris pour se parquer.

Le lavabo qui a des reflux dans notre chambre (c’est arrivé une fois à notre arrivée et après plus rien) pas super au niveau des odeurs. Le rideau qui tombe car mal fixé, on a du le remettre dans les rails. Le bruit des clients qui rentrent tard mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien car c’est une vieille maison et en période de festival dans la région.

Хорошое расположение не далеко от вокзала Интерлакин вест. Персонал очень вежливый все доступно объясняет. Даётся билет бесплатный на автобусы. Номер у нас было 2местный уютный и чистый.
