Staff is very very helpful. She helped to call taxi, booked a bus to Duocheng, coordinated with the hotel in Yading to buy the natural park then picked up us to the hotel in Yading at 8 pm when the park was already closed. View is very good. We could see Guishan temple from our room.

1. Room little bit stuffy. Or maybe the altitude. 2. Some of the room might get very hot due to evening sun.

The room was warm enough in end of Dec. Beds had heated blanket.

Dawa street is a very noisy street. It is a two way street but it is very narrow. Whenever a car stop at the side, other cars will honk at the car that stopped. There is literally no acoustic insulation from the glass windows.

Location is very convenient for food and walkable distance to the Ancient Town.

Nothing to dislike.

1. Staff are very helpful, particularly Miss Seow Chang. 2. Plenty of places to eat near by. 3. I have all I need from the hotel. 4. You can hang your laundry in the sun at the " laundry area"

Like many hotels here , they do not serve meals. You can easily eat out though
