The location was great with a city view and mountain view of the room. Shops, restaurants are adjacent to the property. And, the ancient city is just within a walking distance.

Since the altitude is a problem for breathing, the property can arrange to supply a minimum level of oxygen to their guests if needed. Hotels should have some facilities for their guests for day trips.

Excellent location - stone's throw away from the ancient town. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting eating places.

The inner lock of the door was faulty and they can't fix it so can only use the chain lock. Bathroom has a slight damp smell but I suppose this is difficult to solve due to the weather conditions. The cleaner did not replenish the toilet paper on the 2nd day.

The staff was very helpful although she can’t speak English.

So noisy and the matteress is not comfortable.

The room is large. The building has parking and lift. The bathroom is very nice and clean. The staff were helpful.

More than expectation, room is clean. The staff help us book taxi. Good location
