Very helpful and friendly staff

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, clean functional fully equipped kitchen. Great location right next to Betws-y-coed town and close to various walks. Overall a very nice play to stay and relax. Doors all use codes which is convenient. Fridges are kept clean and tidy. Other guests who stayed were friendly and sociable.

Carpark is small and tricky to park multiple cars. People walking on the stairs are very loud. No extra power points in the room was a little inconvenient (there was one for the lamp).

Good value for money, comfortable and homely atmosphere and well equipped kitchen. We were.made to feel very welcome.
