"It was fun, and great value for money."

This is a very well organised hostel. The staff communicated in advance well, allowing me to leave bags before check in, and the hostel rules are sensible and also well signposted.. It is a shoes-off hostel, which is refreshing, The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The gardens and sleeping rooms are funky/cool/way out there/awesome, with hammocks and comfortable places to sit, and interesting birds (real and models). There's even a little library and a TV room.

The owners are clear that this is a hostel and not a motel, and fair enough! If you want a room close to a bathroom, tell them in advance. Otherwise it's a hike through the garden in the dark (and when I was there, a light globe marking an obstacle in the path had failed).

"Because staff didn’t let me store bike in safe placed. Therefore I felt I had to lock it on the street with a heavy lock"

"Fijn en veilig verblijf op loopafstand van het centrum"

Leuke kamer (soort hutje), fijn bed, goede voorzieningen en een prachtige tuin. Daarnaast gratis parkeren achter een hoog hek!

De gedeelde badkamer was even lopen
