Me gustó todo. Todo estaba limpio, la chicas que trabajan allí son muy simpáticas. Y en mi estancia, tuve un problema, llamé al teléfono que emergencias que tienen y me respondieron al momento. No entiendo los malos comentarios al establecimiento, por 20 euros que pagas.

"Lights in the room wouldn’t turn off AT ALL!!!"

The room was clean.

Room C had an electrical issue that was tried to be blamed on me. The lights in the room never turned off since I checked in to the room. After talked directly with them via WhatsApp they said that “there was no issues” and if there was, it was my fault. After blocking them in WhatsApp due to their unprofessionalism, they claimed that I didn’t stay at their location; I assume that is to avoid my low rating to the place. I wasn’t able to sleep at all last night. If you have an emergency and don’t have a number that allows you to call to an Spanish number, you will be in trouble. They won’t help at all and more than likely, blame you for it too.
