Absolutely nothing

The staircase was too shallow, the room door was not closing even the staff had to go find men to assist closing it, the bed linen had a blood stain and we could only stay 1 night because we arrived at 9pm at this venue. cars cannot get to the venue one has to walk a distance in between buildings to find the guesthouse. and you get charged government taxes at the venue which Booking.com did not mention at all

Kindly they were so hospitable and welcoming, guiding me in whatever circumstances when I needed help. Thanks alot.

Everything at shoki shoki guest house and even hotel was ok.

L’emplacement

Alors que je suis arrivée à 3h du matin, la réception me fait poireauter pendant plus d’1 heure prétextant au départ qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre. Après plusieurs échanges j’ai enfin compris qu’ils ne m’avaient pas donné de chambre car ils n’avaient pas reçu l’argent de booking. Une honte. Il aurait pu être franc dès le début. Bref plus jamais cet hôtel.

I liked the size of the room (family room), great location in the heart of the small streets, very good breakfast! I can recommend to stay here

Good to know that breakfast is in the main hotel, which is about 5 mins walk away.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, nettes Persona. Es gibt warmes und kaltes Wasser in den Duschen.

Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist sehr steil, ansonsten alles ok.

Cleanliness, location, friendly staff who was always willing to help with bookings for sightseeing.

The stairs were really steep and scary for pensioners and overweight people in our group.
