No Breakfast at hotel, separate restaurant not open in the morning

That night no hot water to take a shower, I called front and they would fix the problem. In the morning again no hot water, no shower, not the way I want to start my business day! I asked the front desk again and the attendant was very disrespectful, said it wasn’t his problem…no apology for the inconvenience. Really was completely disappointed. Terrible customer service and property!
