The hotel overcharged me when I stayed there, charging more than the price listed on Booking. I pointed out that Booking showed a specific rate, but they refused to honor it. In the end, I had to pay an extra fee because they claimed the price difference was due to currency conversion. When I asked if I could pay online, they said no—so I ended up paying much more than expected. They did not honor the Booking price.

I liked that the rooms were brand new and very clean. Also enjoyed that we had free parking.

Horrible beds. I might as well should’ve slept on the floor. Staff was nowhere to be seen. Super noisy. Expect to hear your neighbors, and all the noise around it, including trucks. We got there on a Friday night - checking out Monday. I was ready to leave Saturday morning. People were cleaning, construction workers were making so much noise at 6am (Saturday and Sunday)!!!! Very inconsiderate!!!! Terrible water pressure, hardly any water came out - no hot water on Monday. Very disappointed. Will not be staying there again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel which showed a clean and comfortable setting. Check in was decent. Had to leave a $200 pesos for any incidentals. You can also choose to leave an ID. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we had some very noisy neighbors upstairs. It took the staff a few times for them to finally quiet down. Then in the morning of the same night the neighbors dog behind our room barked early in the morning and woke us up. We didn’t request maid service but they still entered our room on the last day for some reason. Lastly the adjoining property is a restaurant (food is great btw) but the staff decided to do clean up at 3 am outside the door. It woke me up and couldn’t go back to sleep. I don’t know if I could stay here again honestly. The neighbors wasn’t their fault but the noisy dog and the staff is.

Bed was nice, AC was cold. everyone was super nice. location was in a good place. Parking was good. Food was good.

Flys in the room, Ac wasn't on so it was hot when we got in

The fridge was dirty and they wanted to charge me extra for checking in at 12pm
