"Exceptional"

Very friendly staff. Great location right above the cafe and near the temple. Bicycle friendly which was appreciated. Very welcoming atmosphere. We had the family room, lots of space for the four of us to spread out.

Noisy. Walls quite thin and the dorm being right beside us - loud people, doors banging and noise past 10pm was disappointing. Not a huge deal though. Might just have been the group that came in late at night.

店員さんが気さくで優しく旅行先のおすすめなどを教えてくれた。耳栓などのアメニティが無料で充実していてカプセルの中は意外に広く快適に過ごせた。

特にない、電気のスイッチがわかりにくかったくらい。
